The room had a nice view and was equipped with the basic amenities you need for a stay. the location was good, as it was near some tourist spots and had easy access to public transportation.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. the bathroom was in bad shape and needed repairs.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on multiple occasions, and each time has been a delightful experience. the location is perfect, with a braai area nearby where you can enjoy delicious barbecued meals. the hotel is situated right on the lagoon, allowing for picturesque views and enjoyable water activities. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. the breakfast options are great, satisfying every craving. the Riviera Hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere and excellent facilities.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the lagoon and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The service at times was a bit slow, which was mentioned in the menu but could be improved. the pool could have been cleaned more frequently given the number of people using it.
